Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance Team is responsible for conducting rigorous checks, audits and tests to guarantee that each product’s specifications, workmanship, components and performance meet the high standards you expect.

The Quality Team is in regular communication with our suppliers. That way we can continue to improve the quality development programmes and qualifications of the vendors and ultimately ensure better products and services for our end users.

If you have any queries regarding recommendations for field actions or for your machine, potential product problems and solutions, warranty, or any other request, you can be sure that we have the expertise to help.

Service Publication & Training

Our Service Publication and Training group offers a variety of operation, maintenance and service trainings. This is supported by quality product support and service literature that is easily accessible for any Dressta customer.
