Pure Power

Dressta dozers are powered by a highly efficient Cummins engine which meets EU emissions regulations. The dozers are equipped with a Direct Drive powertrain to reduce the risk of overheating in dense and humid environments, whilst ensuring low repair and maintenance costs.

Versatile Attachments

Specialist forestry attachments allow the job to be as productive and easy as possible. A rear winch can be attached for towing logs, a Semi-U blade for heavy cutting and pushing, and a multi-shank ripper can significantly increase the speed of loosening densely compacted materials.

Operator Comfort

A comfortable, sealed and sound supressed cab is equipped with an air circulation system, as well as air conditioning to provide a clean and operator-friendly environment. The adjustable seat is complemented with ergonomically designed joysticks for superb ease of handling for the operator.

Dressta dozers can also be equipped with forestry sweeps, front and rear screen packages and a four-post ROPS, providing complete safety from any falling logs and trees in forestry applications.

CAB - OPERATOR STATION & CONTROLS
The TD-9S LT has been designed to ensure the operator can maximize productivity. For optimal visibility, enlarged side door windows and a sloped engine hood allows for a better view of the blade front and corners. Tinted glazing reduces glare, and the machines feature a sun visor, and both an inside rear view mirror and external side mirrors to provide all round visibility of the machine. An all new cab is designed to provide 30% more space, and FOPS and 2-post ROPS ensure maximum safety. 

Numerous features within the dozers mean the operator is able to perform efficiently and effectively. A new high resolution 16” LCD display screen provides real-time system values for temperatures, pressures and forward/reverse direction shift & ground-speed ranges.

Two ergonomic joysticks ensure smooth controllability: a left-hand joystick with control buttons and switches for steering, and a right-hand joystick for mounted equipment. An eco-mode feature, enhances fuel efficiency without sacrificing productivity. S-Series dozers are available with integrated technology options such as Trimble Ready base and full Trimble 3D control systems.

All these features combine to make the hydrostatic TD-9S LT compact crawler dozers the optimal choice for a wide range of end users and applications. S-Series dozers are engineered to optimize versatility, controllability, and finish grade accuracy.

The new DRESSTA ‘S Series’ hydrostatic compact crawler dozers  – the TD-9S LGP is equipped with Rexroth dual path hydrostatic drive systems that transmit full power to both tracks in all conditions to ensure smooth speed changes, pivot turns and counter rotation – improving on site manoeuvrability even when working on confined jobsites. All these features combine to ensure optimised productivity and ease of operation. 

The Cummins 3.8 litre Quantum series engine combines proven electronic controls and is equipped with a DEF after-treatment. With impressive performance and extended service intervals, owning and operating costs are fully optimized.

Design concepts utilised in the TD-25R Extra include, optimisation of weight distribution, modular construction, and use of a one-piece main frame, two-speed Steering Drive and a 3-point track mounting system. WORKING EQUIPMENT
Blades

  • Standard Semi-U Blade design combines the penetration ability of a straight blade with the increased capacity provided by short wings. It is used for heavy duty applications such as mining and road construction.
  • The Full-U Blade provides high volume movement of light non-cohesive materials such as coal and woodchips.
  • Coal Blade for excellent coal pile productivity. Its length, height, and wing angles were developed specifically for high production coal dozing. The blade pocket is in the right place to deliver a live, rolling load. Extended end plates help contain loads and eliminate side spillage.

Rippers
Adjustable parallelogram multi-shank ripper offers excellent 868 mm (34.2”) penetration in extremely tough materials and can be used with up to 3 shanks adjusted to two vertical positions. The single shank ripper option offers a standard shank with 1250 mm (49.2”) penetration and a deep shank option with an exceptional 1700 mm (66.9”) penetration, allowing full use of the remarkable drawbar pull of the machine.

CAB - OPERATOR STATION & CONTROLS
Deluxe 6-sided ROPS / FOPS Cab with enlarged glass area provides a clear and direct line of sight to both the blade and ripper. The comfortable, sound-suppressed, pressurised cab is equipped with:

  • Efficient air recirculation system
  • Air conditioner & heater with multiple vents
  • Deluxe air suspension seat with adjustable arm rests. The seat swivels 14 degrees to the right for better ripper viewing
  • Ergonomically designed joystick controls for direction, blade and ripper operations.
