ENFORCED WINDSHIELDS

A specialized hinged windshield equipped with all-round double glazing reduces risk of breakage under extremely hot conditions to ensure operator safety.

OPERATOR COMFORT

Our machines are equipped with a special air cleaning system, ensuring that dust and debris from the outdoor environment is filtered to protect operator and engine performance.

Heat Protected

Dressta’s wheel loader tyres are able to withstand extreme temperatures for long periods of time when equipped with mounted wheel chains.

A ground or cab operated fire suppression system discharges suppressing powder through nozzles to the most hazardous areas on the machine.

Hoses are fitted with insulation for temperature resistance, and special fire-resistant hydraulic fluid is used and secured with heat protection sleeves.

Specialist Equipment

Other attachments include a reinforced bucket and grapples to handle hot loads and temperatures, as well as multiple blades and ripper options to effortlessly tackle the job at hand.

DRESSTA 534E is a mid-size Wheel Loader of the range. Short V-cycles greatly improve the productivity of the DRESSTA Wheel Loaders, resulting in a lower m3 / hr cost for the material that is being moved.

Due to its excellent and robust design DRESSTA Wheel Loaders offers a high tipping load combined with a strong lifting performance, making light work of heavy loads. This versatility helps reduce the operational cost.

The QSC Advanced Technology improves engine performance whilst providing greater torque, and with the combination of electronic controls and a durable block design, it consistently functions at a high standard in even the toughest working conditions. At the same time dramatically lowering fuel usage.

The machine’s operator is allowed excellent visibility around all sides of the vehicle, and the loaders are equipped with ROPS/FOPS to protect the operator in the rare case of the vehicle rolling. DRESSTA equips its machines with ergonomic controls and state-of-the-art monitoring systems reduce the effort required to achieve optimal operability. Blades

  • Standard Semi-U Blade design combines the penetration ability of a straight blade with the increased capacity provided by short wings. It is used for heavy duty applications such as mining and road construction.
  • The Full-U Blade provides high volume movement of light non-cohesive materials such as coal and woodchips.
  • Coal Blade for excellent coal pile productivity. Its length, height, and wing angles were developed specifically for high production coal dozing. The blade pocket is in the right place to deliver a live, rolling load. Extended end plates help contain loads and eliminate side spillage.

Rippers
Adjustable parallelogram multi-shank ripper offers excellent 1000 mm (39”) penetration in extremely tough materials and can be used with up to 3 shanks adjusted to two vertical positions. The single shank ripper option offers a standard shank with 1290 mm (51”) penetration and a deep shank option with an exceptional 1670 mm (66”) penetration, allowing full use of the remarkable drawbar pull of the machine.

CAB - OPERATOR STATION & CONTROLS
Deluxe 6-sided ROPS / FOPS Cab with enlarged glass area provides a clear and direct line of sight to both the blade and ripper. The comfortable, sound-suppressed, pressurised cab is equipped with:

  • Efficient air recirculation system
  • Air conditioner & heater with multiple vents
  • Deluxe air suspension seat with adjustable arm rests. The seat swivels 14 degrees to the right for better ripper viewing
  • Ergonomically designed joystick controls for direction, blade and ripper operations.

DRESSTA Mainframe and Track frame system ensures excellent machine balance for dozing, ripping, or final grading applications.
