The Arctic Package SFR fully equips any Dressta machine to retain optimal performance in these challenging climatic conditions. The key features of the Arctic Package are as follows:

Engine Pre-Heating System

Advanced hydronic diesel oil-fired heater in the engine compartment with integrated cooling and electrical systems.

Cab Heating

Cab interior and battery box heating system with Airtronic air heater installed below the cab platform.

Fuel Heating

Specialized Racor fuel-heating heart to prevent wax solidification and ice formation in sub-zero temperatures.

Oil Heaters

Heaters for the hydraulic and engine oils, and the engine coolant and battery box. Equipped with a thermostat to regulate temperatures.

Arctic Cabs

Ultimate operator comfort ensured through double glazed windows, outer thermal protection of the engine compartment, tight side sheets and a regulated radiator louver.

Control in the Cold

Steering levers are used instead of steering joysticks to facilitate precision control when wearing heavy gloves.

Reinforced Blades, Push Arms & Ripper Shanks (Dozers)

Optimized for superior strength to rip and push the heaviest volumes of material. Highly resistant to extreme abrasive materials including nickel ore and chromium ore.

Additional Lights Kit

Fixed onto blade lift cylinders for excellent visibility during difficult blizzard conditions or night shift operations.

DRESSTA 534E is a mid-size Wheel Loader of the range. Short V-cycles greatly improve the productivity of the DRESSTA Wheel Loaders, resulting in a lower m3 / hr cost for the material that is being moved.

Due to its excellent and robust design DRESSTA Wheel Loaders offers a high tipping load combined with a strong lifting performance, making light work of heavy loads. This versatility helps reduce the operational cost.

The QSC Advanced Technology improves engine performance whilst providing greater torque, and with the combination of electronic controls and a durable block design, it consistently functions at a high standard in even the toughest working conditions. At the same time dramatically lowering fuel usage.

The machine’s operator is allowed excellent visibility around all sides of the vehicle, and the loaders are equipped with ROPS/FOPS to protect the operator in the rare case of the vehicle rolling. DRESSTA equips its machines with ergonomic controls and state-of-the-art monitoring systems reduce the effort required to achieve optimal operability. Excellent visibility provided on the units allow operators to complete their jobs faster in a safe environment.

DRESSTA SB-30M EXTRA the strong, efficient, dependable – designed for the unique demands of the pipeline industry is the smallest Pipelayer in the company’s range.

Dressta pipelayers employ hydraulically controlled counterweights which swing horizontally, ensuring maximum machine stability and improved visibility for the operator. Four identical counterweight segments allow for fast installation and reinstallation, so transportation is a quick and streamlined process.

Furthermore, these counterweights are all designed to be a minimum overall width, removing any difficulty when manoeuvring, transporting or shipping. The high mounting location of counterweights on Dressta pipelayers always provide good ground clearance, even when the counterweights are extended for optimum load capacity.

Both the standard and optional lengths of these pipelayers’ booms are built to be used in all weather, and in even the most challenging environments. Rugged and durable, they are built with fully welded box-sections, and made from the highest quality steel.

Hook and boom loads with free-fall can easily be actuated, simply by disengaging the jaw clutch and moving the controls into the brake/off position. In the unlikely case of engine failure, a suspended load can be lowered safely and securely to the ground.

Our pipelayers’ design means that components are arranged for easy accessibility, and can be removed as single units – making repairs or replacements efficient and simple, and keeping operating costs low.

A proven design multiple pump system & high capacity hydraulic reservoir for improved cooling. Hose & tube routings are accessible and yet well protected to prevent accidental damage. Trimble ready option is available on factory build orders.

Two-speed steering module on Dressta dozers maintains power to both tracks – at all times. You get the benefit of vastly improved traction to push loads effortlessly through turns, quickly and smoothly.


CAB - OPERATOR STATION & CONTROLS
Deluxe 6-sided ROPS / FOPS Cab with enlarged glass area provides a clear and direct line of sight to both the blade and ripper. The comfortable, sound-suppressed, pressurised cab is equipped with:

  • Efficient air recirculation system
  • Air conditioner & heater with multiple vents
  • Deluxe air suspension seat with adjustable arm rests. The seat swivels 14 degrees to the right for better ripper viewing
  • Ergonomically designed joystick controls for direction, blade and ripper operations.

DRESSTA Mainframe and Track frame system ensures excellent machine balance for dozing, ripping, or final grading applications.
